Urea prices have retreated from their 2026 peak as buyers found replacement supply outside the Gulf. Yet gas costs, export routes, freight, insurance and fresh demand can still change delivered prices quickly.

Urea prices during the Iran war have followed two very different phases. The first phase brought plant outages, blocked cargoes, scarce vessels and a sharp price jump.
