2- Document Submission: Upload required documents:

• Individual: Scanned national ID of the CEO, operating license, and signed regulations form.
• Legal Entity: Scanned economic code, VAT certificate or official gazette, operating license, and signed regulations form.
• Consulting engineers and contractors may submit a management organization ranking instead of an operating license.
• Companies promoting foreign products must submit a letter on company letterhead specifying the product’s country of origin.

An original catalog is mandatory (except for foreign representatives).

3- Booth Order: Once documents are approved, select your booth type (rial, foreign currency, or hybrid). Minimum booth sizes: 12 sqm (pre-built), 24 sqm (self-built), 20 sqm (open space).

4- Payment: Pay within 3 business days of order confirmation and upload payment details. Foreign currency payments must use clean banknotes, preferably in 500-euro denominations.

5- Commitment Letter and Check: For rial or hybrid requests, submit a currency-rial commitment form and a guarantee check to the organizing committee.

6- Supplementary Documents: Provide booth signage title, ID card information, security form, and exhibition directory details.

7- Booth Construction Permit: For self-built booths, obtain a permit from authorized booth builders by May 1, 2025.
